What they need

We are hiring an Indoor Sales Representative for our renovation and building materials showroom in Kajang, Selangor.
Key responsibilities:
* Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and walk-ins
* Understand customers’ renovation needs and recommend suitable products
* Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until sales are closed
* Explain product features, pricing and installation services
* Maintain good customer relationships and after-sales follow-up
* Achieve individual monthly sales targets
* Coordinate with the operations and installation teams
Requirements:
* Sales or customer service experience is preferred
* Good communication and follow-up skills
* Responsible, proactive and willing to learn
* Basic computer and WhatsApp skills
* Training will be provided
Working hours:
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Benefits:
* Basic salary + commission + KPI bonus
