About the role

Join PDS International Pte Ltd as an Indoor Sales professional based in the Clementi West Region. This full-time role will see you playing a crucial part in the Sales team, contributing to the company's growth and expansion objectives.

What you'll be doing

1. Prospecting and generating new sales leads through cold calling and networking
2. Conducting product demonstrations and pitching solutions to potential customers
3. Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet individual and team targets
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
5. Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries
6. Gathering market intelligence and sharing customer feedback with the wider team
7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery

What we're looking for

1. 1-3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the Sales industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
3. Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
4. Resilience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
5. Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office applications
6. A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
