Indoor Sales Coordinator

• Verification of purchase order (PO),manage order scheduling, generate order confirmation (OC) and sale orders (SO) & prepare delivery order (DO),packing slip & invoices.
• Communicate and coordinate order related activities with external/internal department to ensure efficient communication & on time delivery.
• To ensure Customer Satisfaction is met through fulfilling customer request and sustaining continues business improvement activities (eg : On Time Request, On Time Delivery,timely to provide Order Confirmation,responsiveness to issues and alerts)
• Manage report, forecasts/OOR, billing/booking activities,customer contract/agreements & participate in inventory and rescheduling review meeting with customers.
• Execute customer ECO/ECN (Engineering Change Order/Engineering Change Notice) requests in accordance with established procedures.
• Handle RMA processes,collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare required documentation such as credit/debit notes.
• Perform additional tasks and resonsibilities as assigned.
• Maintain a positive,empathetic and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
• Prove track record within a demanding sales environment.
• Build & maintain strong,long-lasting customer relationships and ensure upkeep of the customer database

Requirement

• Minimum 3 years experience in Sales/Customer Services/Customer operations.
• Diploma/Bachelor degree preferable in Marketing ,Business Management or equivalents.
• Fluent in spoken and written English,computer literally and proficient in Microsoft application
