What they need
Job Functions:
· To coordinate for Indoor Sales and to assist & support all daily operation.
· To perform daily accounting and admin duties.
· To assist the BAO and handle administration works e.g month end report for Branch Manager and to liaise with Inventory Department.
· To assist in handling customer account for Branch Manager.
· Handling of Incoming calls and faxes.
· Prepare invoices and assist in preparation of sales quotation for SE.
· Filing and preparation of statements.
· To take place in the absent of BAO, storekeeper and Indoor Sales personnel.
· To carry out duties and assignments as assigned by the management from time to time.
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
