Indoor Sales Executive

Location: Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: 5.5 days per week
Basic Salary: RM3,000/month
Commission / KPI Incentive
Potential Monthly Income: RM5,000 – RM8,000

Job Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with existing and potential customers.
• Handle customer and sales enquiries via phone and other communication channels.
• Follow up on customer orders and maintain good customer relationships.
• Assist walk-in customers and handle counter/in-store sales when required.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPI.
• Provide product information and sales support to adult customers for age-restricted vaping products.
• Perform other sales-related duties when required.

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome to apply if willing to learn.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is an advantage.
• Responsible, proactive, self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and face-to-face.
• Must be 18 years old or above due to the nature of age-restricted products.
