Indoor Sales Support Procurement Executive

About the role

Indoor Sales & Procurement Executive role within a freight forwarding and logistics environment, focusing on Air Freight and Sea Freight operations. The position involves sourcing and procuring competitive freight rates, liaising with industry partners, and supporting the sales team with pricing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Source and procure competitive Air & Sea Freight rates
• Liaise and negotiate with airlines, shipping lines, co-loaders and overseas agents
• Prepare freight quotations and rate comparisons
• Support the sales team with pricing and solutions
• Follow up on quotations, inquiries and business opportunities
• Maintain and update freight rates and supplier information
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Customer Service and Operations
• Develop good relationships with carriers, vendors and logistics partners
• Monitor market rates, capacity and freight developments

About you

• 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, pricing, procurement, indoor sales or related logistics functions
• Good understanding of Air & Sea Freight
• Commercially minded with good negotiation skills
• Able to work independently and respond quickly to inquiries
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn and grow
