About the Role

Hitachi Digital Services is hiring an experienced PLC & Controls Automation Engineer (5+ years) to design, program, and commission advanced PLC, HMI, and SCADA control systems that optimize industrial workflows and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• PLC & SCADA Development: Program, test, and commission Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), HMIs, and SCADA architectures.
• Industrial Connectivity: Deploy industrial networking protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, OPC UA) for seamless telemetry and system integration.
• Data & Signal Acquisition: Integrate analog signal inputs/outputs, sensors, and real-time industrial monitoring applications.
• Diagnostics & Maintenance: Troubleshoot hardware/software control issues and perform root-cause analysis to minimize production downtime.
• Cross-Functional Commissioning: Partner with electrical, mechanical, and software squads to deploy automation solutions on active industrial lines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on PLC development and Ladder Logic programming.
• Deep experience with Omron PLCs and CX-Programmer.
• Solid understanding of process control theory, analog signal acquisition, and instrumentation.
• Working knowledge of industrial communication protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
• Ability to read and write English technical documentation and specifications.

Pay: Up to 75,000,000₫ per month
