Role snapshot

• Location: McKinney, TX
• Pay: $17–$20/hour + overtime + shift differential
• Schedule: 12‑hour or 8‑hour shifts; overtime available; weekends required; 3rd‑shift/overnight strongly preferred

What you’ll do

• Run multiple production lines (up to five at once) including Armor, Cabler, and Packaging machines.
• Complete equipment setups, inspections, and routine maintenance for safe, reliable output.
• Use key hand tools—calipers, wrenches, sockets, pliers, knives, tape measures—to measure, adjust, and troubleshoot.
• Maintain orderly, clean work areas and comply with OSHA and Prysmian safety procedures.
• Escalate safety concerns immediately and support production direction from supervisors.
• Partner with teammates to hit quality and throughput goals.

What it takes to thrive

• Manufacturing background preferred but not required; we provide hands‑on training.
• Comfort with physically demanding tasks and repetitive motion; frequent bending, twisting, standing, and kneeling.
• Proficiency with standard hand tools.
• Color‑differentiation ability for accurate identification and quality checks.
• Reliability, multi‑tasking capability, and willingness to learn.
• Bonus points for farm/farm‑hand experience and interest in overnight schedules.

Education

High school diploma or GED required.
