Industrial Cleaner Supervisor

We are a growing company specializing in professional cleaning and sanitation in the production industry.

👉 About the role:

• Coordinate and lead the daily cleaning and disinfection operation, working operationally alongside the team

• Allocate tasks, follow up employees, and carry out basic quality control of completed work

• Perform deep cleaning of production buildings using high-pressure water systems during scheduled night shifts

• Apply approved cleaning agents, detergents, and disinfectants following established sanitation protocols

• Carry out chemical sanitation procedures in compliance with health and safety regulations

• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations.

💰 What we offer:

• Hourly Rate: 330 NOK/hour (gross) + bonus supplement

• Full-time position

• Location: Rogaland area

• Start Date: January 2027

✔️ Requirements:

• Previous experience in industrial or commercial cleaning, ideally in a supervisory or team leader capacity

• Comfortable operating high-pressure washing equipment and handling industrial cleaning chemicals.

• Physically fit and able to work in demanding production environments.

• Comfortable working full-time night shifts.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Valid driving licence required.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
