About the Role: Join the team as an Industrial Plant Controller, coordinating the Budget process and Forecast scenarios including industrial costs, production costs, conversion costs and CAPEX investments for the Industrial Organizational Unit, while reporting results to Central Controlling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate industrial standard cost setting for the plant budget and support budget discussions with Central Controlling in Luxembourg.
• Calculate conversion costs, finished product costs and transfer prices for subsidiaries.
• Lead and coordinate the CAPEX budgeting process and review approved project presentations.
• Coordinate budgets related to product destructions/write-offs with Demand Planning.
• Monitor cost trends, communicate deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Internal Controls and prepare monthly financial KPI reports covering labor, energy, indirect labor and production costs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling, data analysis and automation.
• Strong FP&A; experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• ERP experience, preferably SAP.
• Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Prior experience as Controller, Financial Planner, Finance Manager or similar roles.
