Industrial Development Stf - E4

For our client, we are seeking a Industrial Development Stf - E4 to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will lead the planning and execution of industrial development and offset programs that support international business objectives. The position requires close coordination with customers, suppliers, and international industry stakeholders to establish compliant agreements and deliver programs on time and within budget. You will also provide reporting, guidance, and day-to-day operational leadership across the industrial development function.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $131,100 – $243,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the development of industrial development and offset programs
• Oversee relationships with international industries and offset organizations
• Establish agreements with customers and suppliers that comply with regulations
• Implement industrial and offset programs on schedule and within budget
• Direct reporting on offset progress and ensure compliance with policies
• Provide leadership and mentorship to personnel
• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the industrial development department

Qualifications

• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools
• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant professional experience in finance, supply chain, engineering, or business
• Experience in international business development or capture
