• Team, budget, and standardized system management / 团队、预算与标准化体系管理 o Manage the local infrastructure and application service team as well as the budget. Coordinate the management of IT infrastructure, application operation and maintenance, system development, and digitalization of smart factories. Develop IT job responsibilities and work processes, and coordinate the full-cycle management of internal employees, outsourced development, and equipment subcontractors. / 管理本地基础设施和应用程序服务团队以及预算。统筹管理IT基础设施、应用运维、系统开发、智慧工厂数字化，制定IT岗位职责、工作流程，统筹内部员工、外包开发、设备分包商全周期管理。 o Prepare the annual IT budget, manage the procurement of hardware, software licensing, project implementation, operation and maintenance services, and information security construction, and strictly control the expenditure on information technology / 编制年度信息化预算，管控硬件采购、软件授权、项目实施、运维服务、信息安全建设，严格把控信息化支出。 o Based on IT standards and policies defined by the shareholders or SAIFEI, iterate the local information system and combine with the company's scenarios to produce localized specifications. / 根据股东方或赛飞定义的信息化标准和政策，迭代本地信息系统，结合公司场景输出本地化规范。 o Implement the company's cybersecurity, data security, and system operation management regulations, organize information security training for all employees, and ensure that all personnel are familiar with and follow the regulations./落地公司网络安全、数据安全、系统运维管理制度，组织全员信息安全培训，确保制度全员熟知并执行。
• Infrastructure, database and overall system operation management / 基础架构、数据库与全系统运维管理 o Responsible for the full lifecycle planning, inspection, fault handling, capacity expansion, hardware iteration and upgrade of IT infrastructure such as computer rooms, servers, storage, virtualization, industrial local area networks, office networks, and cloud platforms, to ensure the continuous stability of production and office networks./ 负责机房、服务器、存储、虚拟化、工业局域网、办公网络、云平台等IT基础架构全生命周期规划、巡检、故障处置、容量扩容、硬件迭代升级，保障生产与办公网络持续稳定。 o Oversee the operation and maintenance of various relational/non-relational databases within the enterprise, including database deployment, performance optimization, regular backups, disaster recovery in different locations, and control of account permissions at different levels. Establish a database risk prevention mechanism to prevent data loss, system slowdown, and leakage issues. / 统筹企业各类关系型/非关系型数据库运维，负责数据库部署、性能调优、定期备份、异地容灾、账号权限分级管控，建立数据库风险防控机制，防范数据丢失、卡顿、泄露问题。 o Establish a hierarchical user fault response mechanism to uniformly handle various issues related to office terminals, R&D, and production business systems, providing one-stop technical support for all company terminal users. / 搭建分级用户故障响应机制，统一处理办公终端、研发、生产业务系统各类问题，为全公司终端用户提供一站式技术支持。 o Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of existing ERP, production, and R&D business systems, including patch updates, version iterations, health status reviews, and the regular output of operation optimization plans to reduce the frequency of system failures. / 负责现有ERP、生产、研发类业务系统日常运维、补丁更新、版本迭代、健康度复盘，定期输出运维优化方案，降低系统故障频次。
• Informationization development and renovation projects系统开发、定制改造等信息化项目 o Lead the information technology needs research for each business department, and take the lead in designing, developing, managing, testing, and approving the solutions for self-developed systems and customized functional modules. Also, oversee the entire process of system launch and operation, including quality control of the outsourced development team, development progress, code standards, and interface specifications. / 牵头各业务部门信息化需求调研，主导自研系统、定制化功能模块的方案设计、开发管理、测试验收、上线运维全流程；管控外包开发团队交付质量、开发进度、代码规范与接口标准。 o Coordinate the launch of new systems, the addition/modification of existing system functions, major version upgrades, undertake the informatization construction for factory infrastructure and production line renovations, complete the deployment of supporting networks, system development, and cross-device data integration. /统筹新系统上线、现有系统功能新增、删减、重大版本改造项目，承接厂区基建、产线改造配套信息化建设，完成配套网络部署、系统开发、跨设备数据对接。 o Responsible for localizing and adapting the standardized system for the shareholders, as well as conducting secondary development. Output customized implementation plans that are suitable for the factory's business. /负责股东方标准化系统本地化适配、二次开发，输出贴合工厂业务的定制化实施方案。
• Comprehensive management of cybersecurity and data security throughout the entire process / 网络安全与数据安全全流程管理 o Build a complete cybersecurity protection system for the company, including the deployment of firewalls, intrusion detection, terminal security, industrial network isolation, hierarchical access permissions, and VPN security channels; conduct regular vulnerability scans, penetration tests, and offensive-defense drills, and promptly address risks such as viruses, network attacks, and illegal access. / 搭建公司完整网络安全防护体系，部署防火墙、入侵检测、终端安全、工业网隔离、分级访问权限、VPN安全通道；定期开展漏洞扫描、渗透测试、攻防演练，及时处置病毒、网络攻击、非法访问风险。 o Full lifecycle data security management, classifying and categorizing research and development drawings, production core data, customer information, and financial data. Standardizing data collection, transmission, storage, export, and sharing permissions; implementing data encryption, de-identification, off-site backup and disaster recovery to meet industry compliance and group data security requirements. /数据全生命周期安全管理，对研发图纸、生产核心数据、客户信息、财务数据进行分级分类，规范数据采集、传输、存储、导出、共享权限；实施数据加密、脱敏、异地备份容灾，满足行业合规及集团数据安全要求。 o Develop an information security emergency response plan, organize emergency repairs and post-event review and rectification for incidents such as system downtime, ransomware attacks, and data leaks, and continuously update the security management system and protection strategies. / 编制信息安全应急处置预案，针对系统宕机、勒索病毒、数据泄露等突发事件组织应急抢修、事后复盘整改，持续更新安全管理制度与防护策略。

• Strategic planning, cross-border and internal collaboration, and issue escalation / 战略规划、跨内外协同与问题升级 REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / 本职位所要求的技能及经历:
• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering, cybersecurity, big data, or related fields of intelligent manufacturing and digitalization. / 计算机科学、软件工程、网络安全、大数据、智能制造数字化相关专业本科及以上学历。
• At least 5 years of experience in overall project management of information systems throughout the entire process in the manufacturing industry, capable of independently leading system development, smart factory, and AI intelligent special projects; /5年及以上制造行业信息化全流程项目统筹管理经验，可独立主导系统开发、智慧工厂、AI智能化专项项目；
• At least 2 years of experience in IT team management, with experience in coordinating multiple teams including operation, development, and security; /2年及以上IT团队管理经验，具备运维、开发、安全多小组统筹管理经历；
• 3-5 years of complete tenure in information system management positions in the same manufacturing enterprise; /3–5年同等制造企业信息系统管理岗位完整任职经验；
• Fluent in spoken English / 英语口语流利
• Business Skills: Familiar with the entire process of engineering, integrated supply chain, and production manufacturing. Proficient in C#, CATIA,

TipQA, LN and other mainstream manufacturing system architectures, data logic, and secondary development interfaces；/ 业务技能：熟悉工程、集成供应链、生产制造全流程，精通C#、CATIA、TipQA、LN等主流制造类系统架构、数据逻辑及二次开发接口；

• System Development Skills: Mastering mainstream front-end and back-end development, database development, and system interface integration technologies. Possessing the full-process management capability for self-developed systems and customized development projects, and the ability to evaluate development plans and control delivery quality；/系统开发能力：掌握主流前后端开发、数据库开发、系统接口集成技术，具备自研系统、定制化开发项目全流程管控能力，可评估开发方案、把控交付质量；
