Industrial Digitalization Project Manager-APAC

该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities MOM System Deployment (APAC Scope): Collaborate with the industrial deployment team to launch the Valeo MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) system across plant sites in the APAC region. Ensure successful go-live for 2 to 4 pilot production lines within the project lead time, culminating in a seamless handover to the local plant team. Hardware & Software Installation: Partner with local and central IT/IS teams to install, configure, and secure essential hardware (Line PCs, screens, central servers) and MOM software. Establish and manage remote access solutions for development and support teams. PLC Integration & Connectivity: Connect various brands of plant PLC systems to the MOM system via the plant network (SCADA), strictly adhering to firewall rules. Integrate all available PLC data points and validate data integrity with local teams. System Configuration & Master Data: Configure MOM software for pilot areas and ensure synchronization with the central site server. Set up necessary master data, establish interfaces with local systems, or manage manual data retrieval. System Testing & Reporting: Conduct comprehensive system tests with cross-functional teams to ensure robust functionality. Set up standard MOM reports, coordinate the implementation of plant-specific reporting needs, and validate data conformity. Training & Project Handover: Deliver dedicated end-user training and continuous on-the-job coaching to local teams. Formally hand over project activities and support the generation and follow-up of post-go-live action plans. Professional Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial IS/IT, Industrial Digitalization, Process Engineering, Automation, or a related engineering field. Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on professional experience in one or more of the following areas: Industrial IS/IT or Automation Industrial Digitalization Process Engineering PLC Management or Maintenance Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory, as this role requires intensive communication with central teams and local stakeholders across the APAC region. Travel Requirement: Highly adaptable to frequent business travel across the APAC region to support on-site plant deployments.
