We are looking for an Industrial Digitalization Analyst who combines a strong foundation in chemical or process engineering with a passion for data, digital technologies, and continuous improvement. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of manufacturing, advanced analytics, and AI while helping improve productivity, quality, sustainability, and operational performance across our global operations.

As an Industrial Digitalization Analyst, you will help bridge the gap between industrial operations and data-driven decision-making by:

• Mapping and documenting chemical and manufacturing processes across existing and future operations
• Connecting operational, laboratory, quality, maintenance, and production data to critical process steps
• Identifying opportunities where AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics can improve: product quality, process yield, throughput, reliability, energy efficiency, water and chemical consumption
• Assessing data readiness and determining whether opportunities are suitable for predictive analytics or AI modelling
• Performing exploratory data analysis and developing prototype models using Python
• Supporting pilot projects and technology implementations alongside Process Engineers, Data Scientists, Operations, and IT teams
• Translating complex process knowledge into actionable analytical requirements
• Contributing to Neo's long-term digital manufacturing and digital twin strategy

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related discipline
• 2-4 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, process development, or industrial operations
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and visualization
• Understanding statistics, data analytics, and machine learning fundamentals
• Demonstrated interest in digitalization, analytics, AI, or industrial data science
• Exposure to Industrial AI initiatives, process optimization programs, predictive analytics, digital twins, manufacturing digitalization projects
