Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Imagine this

You power up the line, verify the day’s recipes, and start the first mix. Dough portions glide through dividers and rounders while you keep a close eye on texture, size, and bake. By day’s end, packaged goods are stacked, labeled, and ready to ship—all produced safely and to spec.

Key responsibilities

• Operate bakery production machines from mixing to packaging.
• Follow batch recipes and production timetables.
• Check product quality and uniformity throughout each run.
• Package finished goods accurately and neatly.
• Keep the workspace clean and hazard-free.
• Comply with all food safety procedures and GMP requirements.
• Support inventory counts and perform equipment cleaning.

Requirements

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Consistent, reliable attendance.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in bakery or food production is a plus (not mandatory).
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
• High school diploma or GED.
