Industrial Electrical Estimator

Here’s an opportunity to step into a newly created role with a well-established infrastructure business and a strong pipeline of forward work. Based in Dunedin, you’ll price major industrial electrical projects and work closely with the Electrical Manager to support the wider team.

You’ll review plans and specifications, work through labour and material requirements, obtain supplier and subcontractor pricing, and prepare accurate, competitive estimates. You’ll also provide practical support to the Electrical Manager as projects move from tender through to delivery. Some travel may be required to visit sites and meet with project teams.

You’ll have a proven background as an Industrial Electrician and experience estimating or pricing New Zealand industrial electrical projects. Your hands-on knowledge will help you assess drawings, materials, labour and site requirements accurately. You’ll also be confident working with suppliers, project teams and managers to put together competitive tenders.
