Industrial Electrical Technician

Location: Temple, TX
Travel: Primarily Temple-area support with travel to other customer sites as needed
Pay: Competitive, based on experience + excellent benefits and travel perks (pay is always negotiable for the right candidate)

BHS Corrugated is looking for an Industrial Electrical Technician to support our growing Digital Print operation in Temple, TX.

You do not need printing experience for this position.

If you have a strong background in industrial electrical troubleshooting, PLCs, automation, controls, or industrial maintenance, we want to hear from you. We can train you on our Digital Print equipment.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical and control systems
• Diagnose PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, motor, sensor, and communication issues
• Read and troubleshoot from electrical schematics and drawings
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated equipment
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and minimize downtime
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and commissioning
• Work directly with customers and BHS technical teams
• Travel to other customer locations when additional service support is needed

What We're Looking For

• Strong industrial electrical troubleshooting experience
• Experience with PLCs and automated equipment
• Ability to read and troubleshoot electrical schematics
• Experience with VFDs, drives, servos, motors, sensors, and industrial controls
• Industrial maintenance, automation, controls, manufacturing, packaging, converting, or field service background
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot equipment in the field
• Comfortable working directly with customers
• Willingness to travel as needed

Digital printing experience is NOT required.
