What they need
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical equipment, motors, and control systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose electrical faults.
- Read electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Follow OSHA, LOTO, and plant safety procedures.
- Level II+: Troubleshoot PLCs, AC drives, and industrial networks.
- Levels III–IV: Lead electricians and troubleshoot CNC, VFD, SCADA, and production equipment.
Requirements:
- Current hands-on industrial electrician experience.
- Experience with 460V/480V three-phase systems.
- Knowledge of PLCs, motors, controls, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Levels III–IV require at least 2 years of experience in a similar organization.
- Residential-only or light commercial electrical experience is not acceptable.
Pay: $46,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Work Location: On the road
