Job Summary

The Industrial Engineer is responsible for improving operational efficiency, optimizing production processes, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain operations. The role analyzes workflows, develops standard operating procedures, and collaborates with cross functional teams to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering

• Licensed Industrial Engineer is an advantage

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Experience in manufacturing, production planning, logistics, purchasing, or process improvement is an advantage

• Knowledgeable in process mapping, time and motion studies, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and data analysis

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, AutoCAD, SAP, or ERP systems is an advantage

• Strong analytical, communication, planning, and problem solving skills

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve production, logistics, and procurement processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs

• Conduct time and motion studies, capacity planning, workflow analysis, and productivity improvement initiatives

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures, process documentation, and operational standards

• Monitor operational performance, analyze data, and recommend continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and quality

• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Engineering, and other departments to achieve operational excellence
