Work Experience

• One year or above in relevant field

Education Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in related fields (mechanical, manufacturing, or systems engineering)

Language Requirements

• Fluent in Malay & English
• Professional working proficiency in Mandarin is advantage but not compulsory (to communicate with colleague from Taiwan)

1. Process design and optimisation
2. Time and motion study
3. Cost analysis and control
4. Process optimisation
5. Human factors engineering and safety
6. Project Management
7. Data analysis

Other Requirements

• Proficient in Office software [Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook]
• Experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, and mechanical engineering is preferred;
• Good command of spoken language and strong oral presentation skills;
• Auto CAD is preferred;
• Holding relevant professional certifications is preferred;
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, able to work under pressure;
• Ability to work a rotating schedule, including day and night shifts, in alignment with company operating procedures.
