INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve Food & Beverage operational processes and workflows.
• Conduct time and motion studies to determine efficient manpower allocation and work methods.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze labor, food costs, material usage, and other operational expenses.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste, minimize costs, and improve resource utilization.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work standards, and process documentation.
• Assist in manpower planning, scheduling, and workload analysis.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports, dashboards, and recommendations for management.
• Conduct capacity planning and workflow analysis for restaurants, kitchens, bars, and other F&B operations.
• Coordinate with F&B, Kitchen, Purchasing, Finance, HR, and other departments to improve processes.
• Monitor compliance with established operational standards and procedures.
• Assist in inventory and material flow analysis to ensure efficient use of supplies and ingredients.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions.
• Support quality improvement, cost-control, and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regular process reviews and recommend continuous improvement programs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Preferably with experience in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Restaurant, Resort, or Food Manufacturing operations.
• With experience in Documents Standardization
• Knowledge of process improvement, time and motion study, manpower planning, and cost analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced Food & Beverage environment.
• Willing to be assigned in Bohol, if applicable.
