Industrial Engineer

About the role

Industrial Engineering role focused on analyzing and improving production processes, conducting time and motion studies, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a garment manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and improve production processes and workflows
• Conduct time and motion studies
• Monitor production efficiency and productivity
• Perform line balancing and workstation improvement
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
• Prepare production, efficiency, and IE-related reports
• Monitor manpower utilization and production capacity
• Develop and improve work methods and standard procedures
• Support 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with Production, QC, Warehouse, and other departments

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in garment manufacturing is an advantage
• Knowledge of time study, motion study, line balancing, and production processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Willing to work in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga
