Industrial Engineer

1. Process Improvement & Optimization

   • Analyze workflows, production processes, and resource utilization.
   • Identify bottlenecks and waste (time, material, energy, manpower).
   • Apply lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methods.

2. Productivity & Efficiency

   • Design methods to maximize output with minimal resources.
   • Perform time and motion studies, work measurement, and line balancing.
   • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).

3. Quality & Reliability

   • Ensure processes meet quality standards (ISO, IATF, etc.).
   • Implement error-proofing (Poka-Yoke) and continuous quality improvements.
   • Collaborate with QA/QC to reduce defects and rework.

4. Cost Reduction & Resource Management

   • Minimize production costs through better resource planning.
   • Optimize labor, material, energy, and machine usage.
   • Conduct cost–benefit and ROI analysis for process changes.

5. Capacity Planning & Layout Design

   • Calculate production capacity and optimize utilization.
   • Design/modify plant layouts for smooth material flow and safety.
   • Plan equipment, line setup, and ergonomics for workers.

6. Data Analysis & Decision Support

   • Use statistical tools and simulation models for process analysis.
   • Monitor KPIs like efficiency, downtime, OEE, yield, and throughput.
   • Provide reports and recommendations to management.

7. Safety & Ergonomics

   • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
   • Improve workplace ergonomics to reduce worker fatigue and injury.
   • Design safe material handling and workstation setups.

8. Project & Change Management

   • Lead improvement projects (Lean, Digitalization, Automation).
   • Coordinate cross-functional teams (production, quality, supply chain).
   • Manage timeline, budget, and implementation of improvements.

9. Technology & Automation

   • Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies.
   • Work with robotics, automation, and Industry 4.0 solutions.
   • Support digital transformation (MES, ERP, smart factory systems).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineer or related field
• Understanding IE responsibility
• Good Ability Engineering skill and problem solving
• Good ability design and develop manufacturing process
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Able to work with team work mindset
• Project management and leadership
• Work with time line base
• Good communication in English
• Experience in IE at least 3 years
