Industrial Engineer

• Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
• Conduct time studies, line balancing, and implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives.
• Plan production capacity and optimize factory layouts, production lines, and workflow arrangements.
• Support new production line setup, relocation, and expansion projects.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, and operational performance while identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
• Support cost estimation and manufacturing feasibility analysis.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and Production teams during New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
• Validate process flow, manpower requirements, tooling, and production readiness for new products.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process standards.
• Provide training and guidance to production personnel on process improvements and best practices.
• Analyze manufacturing performance indicators such as OEE, yield, cycle time, and labor productivity.
• Maintain Industrial Engineering data, including standard time, capacity reports, manpower planning, and production layouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering within the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Experience in Bluetooth headset manufacturing processes will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of machine automation, production optimization, and manufacturing process improvement.
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering methodologies, including CELL Line, Pull System, Kanban, IE 7 Tools, and ECRS.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
