• To be responsible for record and revision of design standards of process.
• Analysis and documentation of process design input data & IT means to support manufacturing/control process
• Preparation of special characteristics list and Identification and traceability matrix in GA system(or PLM projects, SC list,traceability data in MBOM and BOP)
• Analysis of make or buy for new project development.
• Preparation of MAKE OR BUY DECISION REPORT.
• Preparation of prototypes process definition.
• To be responsible for specifications dossiers for prototype production means.
• Manufacture & control of prototypes and review the list of prototype issues.
• Preparation of process lay-out.
• Preparation of process diagram (manufacturing / control synoptic) .
• Preparation of initial process description (for PLM projects, BOP list) .
• Preparation of operational & performance process data sheet.
• Preparation of productive capacity study (theoretical).
• Preparaton of GD&T studies for each process step.
• Preparation of production means list

(for PLM projects, BOR list populated with production means).

• Preparation of Process FMEA (PFMEA).
• Preparation of mistake-proofing devices list.
• Definition of specifications dossiers for series production means.
• Review the packaging sheets for internal process with packaging engineer (for PLM projects, BOR list populated with intracompany returnable packaging).
• Preparation of process qualification conditions plan.
• Process design review (update of record and revision of process design standards incl.).
• Review of final information of process design, definitive industrial scenario & capacitive investments incl.(process diagram, initial process description, process FMEA,specification dossiers for series means, logistic conditions, special characteristics, process safety requirements, legal, regulation & environmental requirements, pre-series control plan and process qualification conditions).
• Preparation & acceptance of Suppliers APQP Planning for series production means.
• Receipt of series production means (for PLM projects, all production means in BOR with Received status)."
• Process implementation & set-up.
• Acceptance of production means (for PLM projects, all production means in BOR with Final acceptance status).
• Verification of productive capacity of the process.
• Update of process output data.

Requirements Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent. Experience in Automotive sector in a equivalent position at least 3 years. Knowledge of process FMEA, knowledge of machine of assembly line, problem Solving tools (DOE/ABA/8D etc.)

Checking Fixture, assembly machine and EOL design Knowledge, CAD software.
