Job Summary

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to improve manufacturing processes, productivity, efficiency, and overall operational performance. The candidate will analyze production processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of effective process and cost-reduction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve manufacturing and production processes.
• Conduct time studies, work measurement, and process analysis.
• Identify bottlenecks, process inefficiencies, and productivity improvement opportunities.
• Develop and optimize production methods, workflows, and layouts.
• Monitor production performance and prepare productivity reports.
• Support capacity planning, manpower planning, and resource utilization.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement practices.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
• Assist in reducing production costs, material wastage, and process losses.
• Prepare process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Support new product introduction and process development activities.
• Ensure processes comply with safety and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in industrial/manufacturing engineering is preferred.
• Knowledge of production planning, process improvement, and work measurement.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement techniques.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
