Job Overview

Some Responsibilities

• Run time studies, line balancing, and material flow analysis to improve productivity.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, DMAIC, and A3 Problem Solving initiatives.
• Build and update Value Stream Maps (VSM), production layouts, and spaghetti diagrams.
• Analyze process data to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Work directly with operators, engineers, and production teams on the manufacturing floor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (recent grads welcome).
• 1–3 years of experience or relevant internship/academic project experience.
• Basic knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma tools, process analysis, and manufacturing practices.
• Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, CAD, MS Project, Minitab, or SPC a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Comfortable working hands-on in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in English.

Pay: $37,500.00 - $45,500.00 per year
