What they need
Industrial Engineer –
- Experience: 2–3 years in manufacturing/production.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Improve production processes, productivity, and efficiency.
- Conduct time studies, line balancing, capacity planning, and process analysis.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze production KPIs such as OEE, cycle time, downtime, scrap, and productivity.
- Prepare SOPs, work instructions, and process reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
- Strong Excel, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
