We’re Hiring: Industrial Engineer

Location: ECCO Vietnam - Bau Bang, Binh Duong

Department: Work Study

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes, improve productivity, and support efficient production operations. The role works closely with Production, Development, Maintenance, Planning, Logistics, HR, and Costing teams to ensure operational excellence, quality, and capacity utilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies and calculate Standard Minute Values (SMV).
• Develop operation sequences, line balancing, and machine layouts to optimize production flow.
• Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvement actions.
• Support productivity, cost-saving, and process improvement projects.
• Analyze manpower, machinery, and capacity requirements.
• Collaborate with Production, Development, Maintenance, Planning, Logistics, HR, and Costing teams to support operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1+ year of manufacturing/industrial engineering experience.
• Knowledge of SMV, Time Study, Line Balancing, and Process Improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
