Foxlink is expanding its business by launching a new manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Foxlink Texas Inc. will produce SMT (Surface-Mount Technology) electronic products. We are seeking Industrial Engineer who are passionate about electronics, manufacturing excellence, and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in supporting electronic product development, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring reliable product performance from the very beginning.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize production line layouts, process flows, manpower allocation, and workstation designs to improve manufacturing efficiency and support production ramp-up.
• Conduct time studies, capacity analysis, line balancing, bottleneck analysis, and standard labor-hour calculations for SMT/PCBA and related manufacturing processes.
• Establish and maintain Industrial Engineering (IE) documentation, including standard work instructions, production routing, UPH/UPPH analysis, manpower planning, layout drawings, and continuous improvement reports.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Equipment teams to improve productivity, reduce waste, optimize material flow, and support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
• Support factory layout planning, equipment installation planning, production readiness reviews, process improvement initiatives, and cost reduction projects.
