About The Role The primary function for the Industrial Engineer is to maintain and improve manufacturing processes to ensure safe, high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective production activities.

You will report to the Industrial Engineer Manager and be located in Monfalcone site.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes, routings, and production standards;
• Perform time studies and production analyses to establish labor standards and improve operational efficiency;
• Monitor manufacturing KPIs and identify opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, and cost performance;
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects across production activities;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, resource use, and production planning;
• Develop manufacturing documentation, ensuring process consistency, compliance, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Technical High school or Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline;
• 2+ years experience as Industrial/Process Engineer in structured metal manufacturing environments;
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP;
• Knowledge of manufacturing cycles;
• Knowledge of Italian and English languages (min. B2 level).

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base annual salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be €31.900 to €42.000.
