Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide Industrial Engineering support to shop floor production to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Conduct Time Studies and establish standard work using PMTS methodologies such as MOST, MTM, or MODAPTS.
• Perform Line Balancing to optimize workstation utilization, manpower allocation, and production efficiency.
• Identify manufacturing bottlenecks and implement process improvements to reduce cycle time and increase throughput.
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, World Class Manufacturing (WCM), Kaizen, and 5S principles.
• Eliminate non-value-added (NVA) activities and improve operational efficiency through waste reduction initiatives.
• Prepare and present weekly project status reports, KPIs, and improvement updates to project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of Industrial Engineering experience in automotive, agricultural equipment, heavy equipment, or discrete manufacturing.
• Expertise in Time Studies, Standard Work development, and Line Balancing.
• Experience with PMTS methodologies such as MOST, MTM, or MODAPTS
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, World Class Manufacturing (WCM), Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, and 5S.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced shop floor environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
