🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Develop and monitor production plans and schedules to ensure on-time delivery and efficient resource utilization.

✅ Manage and monitor inventory levels, material requirements, and stock accuracy.

✅ Analyze production processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

✅ Conduct capacity planning, workflow analysis, and productivity studies.

✅ Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Quality departments to ensure smooth operations.

✅ Prepare and maintain reports related to production performance, inventory, and operational efficiency.

✅ Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

✅ Establish and update standard operating procedures and work instructions as needed.

🎓 QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.

• Preferably with 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

• Knowledge and experience in Production Planning, Scheduling, Inventory Control, and Process Improvement.

• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma is a strong plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to analyze production data and develop effective plans to improve operational efficiency.

• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.

• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
