What they need
JOB SUMMARY:
- To be in charge of Suspension capacity readiness, improvement, Equipment allocation and overall layout.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Suspension line layout and current machine/ equipment location up to date.
- Overall plant layout.
- STD UPH, Motion and time study.
- Suspension Line balancing.
- Tracking the actual production capacity, KPI and productivity improvement.
- All suspension Machine/ Equipment or Assets control.
- Properly design and prepare Machines or Equipment accessories.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher indirect Industrial Engineering.
- Master’s degree in industrial engineering or MBA will be advantage.
Skill Required:
- Human relationship skill is a must.
- ACAD and MS project skills.
- Suspension and or Electronic work environmental experience is beneficial.
Experience:
- 0-4 years’ experience in Electronic Industrial.
