Industrial Engineer

1. Carryout Process Improvement / Method Engineering and maintain database.

2. Responsible for providing Operation break down, line layout.

3. Provide standard Time for Costing purpose and monitor the same during production.

4. Carryout Dynamic line balancing and provide input to the supervisors.

5. Monitor Individual operators’ efficiency and coordinate with production head for improving the low performance operators.

6. Constantly study the layout and improve the layout performance.

7. Create & maintain Model Line and carryout breakthrough initiatives.

8. Designing the layout of facilities and determining personnel requirements.

9. To monitor our current operations and determine more efficient production processes.

10. Reviewing production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information.

11. Developing and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades.

12. Designing control systems to minimize costs and production issues.

13. Industrial systems engineers evaluate, design and manage manufacturing and service processes in the field of operations.

14. Planning and monitoring of production systems, allocation and scheduling of resources, assignment and scheduling of employees, quality assurance, and management of inventories.

15. Responsibilities include analyzing operations, designing workflows and production processes that maximize efficiency and reducing inefficiency, reducing waste and ensuring that final products meet the established quality standards.

16. Training staff & workers for new processes and providing instructions and manuals.

17. Managing process documentation and preparing production reports.

18. Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards.

19. Strong communication and presentation skills.

20. Documentation and organization skills and proficiency in MS Office and Auto – CAD.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
