Industrial Engineer

• Conduct time studies, method studies, and work measurement to improve operational efficiency.
• Perform production line balancing and optimize workflow to minimize bottlenecks and idle time.
• Prepare and implement manpower planning and production capacity plans based on business requirements.
• Optimize plant layout, material flow, and utilization of machines, manpower, and other resources.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement (CIP) initiatives.
• Analyze production data, identify productivity gaps, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support new product and project implementation, production line setup, and process improvement activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other cross-functional departments to achieve production targets.
• Identify opportunities for waste reduction, cost optimization, and productivity enhancement.
• Support CAPEX planning and implementation for manufacturing process improvements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, efficiency, manpower utilization, and cycle time.
• Prepare and maintain industrial engineering reports, work standards, and process documentation.
