INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER – LEAN DEPARTMENT

Dynamic Sportswear (Private) Limited, the leading manufacturer and exporter of socks from Pakistan. We are looking for a young, energetic Industrial Engineer to join our Lean / Continuous Improvement Department.

This position is particularly suitable for a fresh graduate who wants to build a career in Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering and Operational Excellence.

DEPARTMENT: Lean / Continuous Improvement

QUALIFICATION: B.Sc. Industrial Engineering or relevant engineering degree from recognized institute.

EXPERIENCE: Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply — no prior experience preferred/required.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability·
• Good understanding of basic Industrial Engineering concepts·
• Comfortable working directly on the production floor·
• Curious, hands-on and willing to challenge existing processes·
• Good communication and Excel/data-analysis skills

THE ROLE

You will work with our Lean team across manufacturing operations on time & motion studies, line balancing, productivity improvement, capacity analysis, process mapping, waste reduction, manpower optimization and continuous-improvement projects. We are not looking for someone who already knows everything. We are looking for someone intelligent, analytical and hungry to learn whom we can train in the Dynamic Sportswear’s way of manufacturing and Lean.
