Industrial Engineer (Operations Analytics & Process Improvement)

The Industrial Engineer (IE) provides data analytics, operational insights, and process optimization support across Operations and Shared Services. This role works closely with Operations Managers (OMs), Area Managers (AMs), Store Teams, and Shared Services functions to identify gaps, evaluate efficiencies, improve productivity, and implement scalable solutions.

The IE plays a key role in improving store performance, cost control, service quality, and internal process efficiency through data-driven analysis and continuous improvement.

JOB SCOPE:

• Analyze operational data, trends, and KPIs to identify performance and improvement opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and tools to support data-driven decisions.
• Conduct productivity, time-and-motion, workflow, and process analysis across stores and support functions.
• Identify and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Optimize SOPs, workflows, labor models, layouts, systems, and equipment utilization.
• Support improvements and testing of RMS, POS, dashboards, equipment, and other operational systems.
• Develop capacity and forecasting tools to support business planning.
• Collaborate with Operations, Shared Services, Supply Chain, QA, Training, HR, Finance, and other teams.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and support implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and effective risk mitigation.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
• 1 year experience in process improvement, operations engineering, or analytics
• Experience in retail, restaurant, or shared services environments is an advantage
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets, analytics tools, and process analysis
• Strong problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and process mapping skills
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Continuous improvement mindset

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
