Responsibilities:

• Process efficiency improvement and optimization. Analyze production workflows and processes to identify improvement opportunity.
• Lead continuous improvement projects. Study, analyze and report - Line efficiency, layout and capacity, cost savings, and automation.
• Evaluate new materials, new processes, new technologies.
• Plan and lead process improvement and automation projects. Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Provide technical leadership and guidance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant field of Engineering or Applied Sciences.

• 5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing/ Operations.

• Strong skills is data analysis tools - Excel, Minitab, Power BI, etc.
• Proficiency in OEE, Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen or similar methodologies.
• Strong communication, project management and leadership skills.
