What they need
- Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering,
- Fresh Graduate or with 1-2 years of relevant experience years of work experience as an Industrial Engineer or similar.
- Basic knowledge about Lean Manufacturing and its core principles.
- Candidate with work experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing company is an advantage,
- Good interpersonal relation, communication and analytical skills,
- Implement improvement themes related to 4M in the assigned processes.
- Create, implement and review Standard work design based on SOP and process conditions/preconditions such as Takt time,Cyle time, Machine efficiency, Productivity, Quality, Cost and Safety.
- Conducts analysis and improvement using Stopwatch analysis, Operation analysis and continuous observation.
- Create timeline of detailed layout execution and share progress with related Cross-functional teams
