DURATION: 450 Hours
STIPEND: PHP 300.00 per day (based on 8-hour workday)

I. JOB PURPOSE

The Industrial Engineering Intern will support various process improvement and efficiency initiatives at Total Philippines Corporation. This role provides hands-on experience in corporate operations, giving the intern practical exposure to industrial engineering applications within a professional and structured environment.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Process Improvement Support

• Assist in time and motion studies for routine operational and administrative processes
• Participate in workflow reviews and contribute to identifying improvement areas
• Document process maps, value stream flows, and assist in root cause analysis

B. Data Collection and Reporting

• Gather operational data and support the team in analyzing trends and performance metrics
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, or trackers to support decision-making

C. Project Assistance

• Support continuous improvement or lean projects assigned by the department
• Assist in preparing presentations or project documentation
• Coordinate with various departments for data or process validation

D. General Administrative and Team Support

• Perform filing, documentation, encoding, and logistics support related to IE or Admin projects
• Help monitor compliance or status of assigned tasks, reports, or activities

III. QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering program
• Officially endorsed for On-the-Job Training (OJT) / Internship by school
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Visio or AutoCAD is a plus
• Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and can work both independently and in teams
• Willing to report on-site daily in Mandaluyong, Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
