Initiate working on low-cost automation and semi automation inhouse. 11. Update skill matrix every three months. 12. Grading for new operators. 13. Achieve targeted efficiency. 14. Raise requests for machinery, folders and attachments one month before from CMD. 15. Efficiency incentive drive. 16. Install kaizens on every line and train juniors. Review kaizen implementation and update CIE 17. team of the same. 18. Share time study of all styles to CIE team and other factories. 19. Initiating training for workers and staff.
