• IE Governance & Process Optimization:
  • Direct and mentor 2 IE engineers in executing time and motion studies, setting standard allowable times (SMV/SAH), and creating/updating Operation Bulletins (OB) for all sweater styles.
  • Formulate line loading models, refine machinery layout, and adjust manpower distribution to ensure seamless production flow and daily output fulfillment.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks on sewing/knitting lines, implement cycle time reduction strategies, and streamline style changeovers to minimize non-productive downtime.
• Performance Metrics & Cross-Departmental Alignment:
  • Track and elevate operational Key Performance Indicators including line efficiency, capacity utilization, Defects per Hundred Units (DHU), and overall throughput.
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Garment Planning, Quality Assurance, and Costing departments to provide accurate SMV benchmarks for product costing and order negotiation.
  • Manage and maintain the division's IE database using MS Excel and AutoCAD, laying the groundwork for future GSD system implementation.
• Team Leadership & Operational Readiness:
  • Deliver technical coaching and skill development programs for IE staff and floor supervisors to maintain standardized industrial engineering practices.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership during high-volume production peaks, working extended operational hours to resolve floor issues immediately.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Qualifications & Professional Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Garment Technology, Textile Engineering, or equivalent fields.
  • Ages under 45. Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven leadership experience as an IE Manager within garment manufacturing facilities, with core focus onsweater product lines(candidates with Woven background must possess demonstrated prior Sweater IE experience).
  • Proven capability in managing a team of IE staff and working in multi-national management environments.
• Technical Mastery & Software Proficiency:
  • Advanced command of classical IE methodologies: SMV determination, work measurement, line balancing, layout engineering, and capacity modeling.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel for managing complex database calculations, along with practical working knowledge of AutoCAD and GSD (General Sewing Data).
• Language & Work Ethics:
  • Fluent in English(both verbal and written) for direct engagement with foreign department heads and top management.
  • High professional integrity, structured communication, punctual demeanor, and readiness to fulfill peak-season overtime responsibilities.
