Job Title: Industrial Engineer/Process Innovation Engineer

Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Industrial Engineer to streamline manufacturing operations, optimize processes, and enhance overall production efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting line balancing, motion studies, and cycle time analysis, while driving process optimization and Lean Manufacturing initiatives to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• o Evaluate and balance production lines to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• o Design and implement improvements to minimize bottlenecks and downtime.
• o Conduct motion studies to analyze worker movements and identify opportunities
• for ergonomic and efficiency improvements.
• o Perform cycle time analysis to establish standard work times and improve
• throughput.
• o Develop and implement process improvement plans to enhance productivity and
• reduce waste.
• o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design efficient production systems
• aligned with Lean Manufacturing principles.
• o Lead Lean initiatives, such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping, to foster a
• culture of continuous improvement.
• o Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities in production processes.
• o Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for
• improvement.
• o Prepare detailed reports and presentations on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• and improvement initiatives.
• o Plan and optimize resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and
• equipment, based on production requirements.
• o Assess plant capacity and recommend adjustments to meet operational
• demands.

Qualifications and Skills:

•  Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience:

• o 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or process improvement roles.
• o Experience with line balancing, motion studies, and Lean Manufacturing tools is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
