What they need

Love precision work and solving what failed—and why?

Join a purpose-built hydraulic repair shop where the bench is your domain. You won’t be doing preventive maintenance, facilities tasks, or servicing production equipment. Your mission is laser-focused: diagnose, rebuild, and test hydraulic components to original specifications.

Is this you?

  • You can tear down a pump, cylinder, valve, motor, or gearbox and immediately spot wear patterns.
  • You’re fluent in hydraulic schematics, exploded views, and OEM manuals.
  • You handle seals, bearings, and shafts with care—and hold tolerances without compromise.
  • You take pride in a spotless bench, accurate documentation, and test-verified results.
  • You prefer running your own projects from first inspection to final sign-off.

What you’ll do

  • Diagnose root causes through systematic teardown, cleaning, inspection, measurement, and testing
  • Rebuild hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves, motors, gearboxes, and related assemblies to OEM spec
  • Replace seals, bearings, shafts, and other components while upholding critical tolerances
  • Interpret and follow hydraulic schematics, exploded views, and OEM repair procedures
  • Perform bench testing and quality checks before release
  • Document findings, bill of materials/parts used, and test data
  • Independently manage multiple repair projects to completion
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area

Must-haves

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting mindset
  • Experience repairing and rebuilding components from multiple hydraulic OEMs
  • Ability to read and apply hydraulic schematics and technical manuals
  • Confidence with precision measuring tools and standard shop equipment
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • High attention to detail and quality

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in hydraulic repair
  • Experience in industrial hydraulics
  • Machining or fabrication exposure is a plus

Schedule

On-site, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Benefits you can count on

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance available
  • Paid Holidays
  • 401(k) with 100% match up to 6% employee deferral
  • Paid Time Off
