Opportunity Highlights

• Location: East Chicago, IN
• Shift: 4 days on, 3 days off - Saturday/Sunday and two weekdays from 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Pay Range: $20.15 - $20.88 per hour
  • Base Pay: $18.90 per hour starting; Increases to $19.63 per hour after 90 days;
  • Shift Differential: $1.25 per hour

What will you do? Make an impact!

• Tradebe is seeking a Laborer to support daily plant operations through material handling, equipment operation, and general facility upkeep. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced industrial environment where safety is the top priority.

  Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with container movements and plant operations
  • Perform housekeeping activities and area inspections
  • Safely operate forklifts and other equipment as trained
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and operating procedures
  • Support compliance with facility permits and regulations
  • Respond appropriately to emergency situations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Do you have what it takes?

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Industrial, warehouse, or labor experience preferred
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check
• Ability to work on-site and perform physical work
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
