Duties

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues using schematics, blueprints, and engineering troubleshooting techniques.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters to diagnose electrical faults accurately.
• Repair or replace faulty components using welding (stick welding), electrical diagnostics, and equipment troubleshooting methods.
• Operate industrial equipment such as scissor lifts safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas during maintenance tasks.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime by providing prompt technical support and repairs.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or industrial environment with a strong understanding of industrial mechanics and maintenance practices.
• Proficiency in electrical systems diagnosis, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and engineering troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC/R systems, and HVAC knowledge is highly desirable.
• Skilled in the use of precision measuring instruments such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and schematics reading tools.
• Ability to operate scissor lifts safely and perform electrical or mechanical repairs at elevated heights.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration.
• Certification or experience in industrial electrician work or industrial mechanic roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of CMMS software for maintenance tracking is a plus.
• Valid certifications in welding (stick welding), electrical diagnostics, and safety are advantageous.

Pay: $37.00 - $41.00 per hour
