Industrial Network Intern

• Attend all related technical trainings and be successfully certified.
• Assist engineers in testing and troubleshooting industrial network, cybersecurity devices and Industrial IPC.
• Assist sales and engineers in providing technical support to customers.
• Assist engineers in delivering technical training to customers.
• Responsible for designing demo systems, based on requirements given by Sales & Marketing dept. And maintain the demo system in good condition for use in different events.
• Maintain all test/loan samples and accessories in good condition, and make sure they are fully accounted for.
• Complete additional assignments as required by supervisor to achieve key team objectives.

Requirements

• Field of Study: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Network & Security, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Technical Fundamentals: Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, switching, routing, firewalls) or hardware/PC architecture.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Eagerness to learn, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and work with hardware hands-on.
• Communication Skills: Good command of written and spoken English. Ability to speak Chinese is an added advantage as our partners are from China and Taiwan. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and external clients.
• Organizational Skills: Responsible and meticulous in managing lab assets and equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,200.00 per month
