The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience applying industrial coatings in a manufacturing, commercial, or heavy equipment environment.
Responsibilities:

- Follow all safety procedures, environmental regulations, and PPE requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of industrial or commercial painting experience is required.

- Automotive painting experience alone is not sufficient unless combined with industrial or commercial coating experience.
- Ability to read measurements, work instructions, and customer specifications.
- Manufacturing or production environment experience required.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
