Position Overview

We are seeking In****dustrial Painter Foremen to work on-site at various job locations across the Mid-Atlantic region. The ideal candidate has experience in industrial coatings and surface preparation or is eager to learn and grow in this field.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience leading an industrial painter crew in the field, keeping to production schedules, job site reporting, and more
• Abrasive blasting and surface preparation
• Experience running/operating/diagnosing/repairing industrial painting and blaster equipment such as paint pumps of all kinds, blast pots, etc.
• Application of industrial coatings (epoxy, urethane, etc.)
• Operate blasting/painting equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures
• Travel to job sites as required (per diem is provided for travel, but not all jobs are travel)

Qualifications

• Prior experience in industrial painting, sandblasting, or coatings application field team leadership
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Willingness to travel for projects
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks (lifting, climbing, working at heights)

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with spray equipment and coating systems
• Knowledge of SSPC/NACE standards (a plus)
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player with a strong work ethic

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $30 – $40

• Schedule: Full-Time, M–F (overtime may be available)
